I always come here whenever i want to eat Bak Kut Teh.


















The original Bak Kut Teh. The herbal taste is not too heavy which i prefer.



































The reason i love about the Bak Kut Teh here is because they have Sambal Bak Kut Teh which is my favorite, spicy and yummy. Recommended to try.


















Garlic Rice.


















"You Char Kuih" for you to dip the Bak Kut Teh.


















The ice green tea is nice too. Have a try.























Here's the price, expensive but satisfying.

Soon Fatt Cafe(Petanak)

This place is located at where i circled on the map.














If you love to eat foods like 炒煮, like foochow mee, fried mee/kueh tiaw/rice, tomato mee/kueh tiaw. Here is the place you should come. The outside signboard is the one with pepsi logo.























This is their famous Foo Chow Fried Mee@RM4.00 . This is the best Foo Chow fried mee i had eaten in Kuching so far. The gravy taste great. Its a must try.






















Love the salted fried rice@RM4.00 here too. The saltiness is average, not too salty which is good. The rice is fried perfectly.






















Some other things you should try here is the "Cao Chai Bee Hoon", which taste a little bit sour. Heard that the chef here is originally Foo Chow people, maybe that's the reason that thier foochow mee is so delicious.

Today is the day where every Chinese celebrates The Dragon Boat Festival. When it comes this special day, everyone will think of this,


















粽子in chinese and the hokkien use to say "Bak Zhang"


















This Dumpling is made by my neighbour, order from them every year for this occasion cause it's delicious. Is the type that is a little bit sweet, not salty, which i prefer.

A trip to....

Boulevard


















Phase 2, that is. Last week, my college organize a trip to a upgrad"ing" boulevard.


















Sure is a hot day,.


















lots and lots of reinforcement bars.


















Concrete waiting to be dried. *Looks like some sort of UFO.























This will be the underground tunnel linking the existing boulevard and the soon-to-be built new boulevard.

Chpstick Food Centre(Pending)

This place is located at where i circled on the map















First time eating here.


















The chicken rice here is quite famous. Chicken rice@RM9.00 for 2 person, the meat taste nice actually, just that is little bit oily.


















The rice is not bad too.


















What i like about the chicken rice here is the belacan, spicy and yummy along with the meat.


















Didn't try the rest of the food here, but the kolomee here seems different, going to review it next time eating here again.

Sin Chong Choon Cafe

This place is located at where i circled on the map.














First time eating here.


















Laksa@RM3.50,small. Reminds me about the laksa at Jalan Abell,Tun Jugah there, must be the same owner.


















Kolo mee@RM2.70, nothing special about this.


















But the foods and drinks you should give it a try here is the thick toast. Garlic spread and butter cheese, RM2.20 each.















Peanut Butter & Milk@RM2.20. The peanut cream is thick and delicious. They have other flavors too like blueberry and honey.Give it a try.


















Their Buah Kolondon drink is refreshing and the sourness is moderate, recommended.

American idol ( season kris allen)

American idol season may come to a end now, but the topics is still on.

Yup, he's the one, American idol of season 8 and also the one who is turning on the topic.












He won by millions of votes, many are still wonder, should he be in the finals?and who knows, that vary day, he became American Idol. I'm definitely a fan of Adam so as many other people and Adam is obviously better than him.

Kris can sing but not as good as Adam. He is good in slow sentimental or acoustic songs, i like his "the way you look tonight" performance, but he is not consistence as Adam

Seems like the votes by America is getting out of control, 100 million freaking votes just for 2 person compare to 40 millions of votes for those top 7 previously.weird.

食尚玩家 went Penang

This is their second visit to Malaysia, last time was KL, now is Penang.

Lets start with the rice. Nothing particular.


















Curry, spicy Indian flavor.


















Belacan. Not nice compare to the rest i've try in Kuching.


















Well, the "char shio" here is the best,RM4 per person. It taste a little bit sweet in a nice way.


















As for the chicken meat here is not recommended, is too dried.

Happy Garden(Jalan Simpang Tiga)

This place is located at where i circled on the map. Is opposite across road from Spring.















Many people usually come here for family dinner or special occasion.


















Fermented Bean curd meat. Crispy outside, juicy inside.


















Chicken Fish Meat. Not much about this.


















Bean Curd with minced meat. Taste quite good actually as they added salted fish in it.


















Last but not least, my favorite one here, butter prawn. Taste Great, a must try.


















This drink is call "Ba Ko Lon" is quite famous here, you'll love it if you like sour drinks.























Overall, RM80+, some foods is not shown here and drinks are excluded.
